The pan's body is made from a combination of 90 percent recycled post-consumer stainless steel and 100 percent recycled post-consumer aluminum. The frying pan's multi-layer 3-layer technology ensures optimal heat distribution and a hard exterior resists wear and use. Use the pan for everything from fried eggs to mince and plant steaks. The frying pan can withstand a trip in the oven up to 400° C and is suitable for all heat sources, including induction. Machine washable and cleaning with a steel sponge.
