The pan's body is made of 90% recycled post-consumer stainless steel – an indestructible material that can withstand high temperatures, metal utensils and cleaning with a steel sponge. The solid sandwich base distributes heat evenly and responds quickly to temperature changes, whether sautéing at low heat or frying at high intensity. The pan's design is based on the iconic Ole Palsby/Eva Trio design from 1977, characterised by cold handles, practical pouring edges, stackable shape and full compatibility with lids and other parts in the Eva Trio series. The pan can be used on all heat sources and is dishwasher safe.
